This is our "shopping guide" which is designed to help our valued customers. If you are new to Via Alley, this 7 step guide explains how your order is processed, may be of help to you. Please read through this page and we look forward to doing business with you!

1. Before you Order
We would like to alleviate any fears or concerns our shoppers might have on our website. Please feel free to contact us at info@viaalley.com. Our customer service department is equipped to handle all questions and problems including question about sizes and information about the designers.
When you have decided on merchandise, please order through our website. The specifics on the ordering process can be found in our site policy. PLEASE double-check your purchase before submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details provided.
2. Security
Our website uses PayPal as our merchant gateway. Its industry-leading fraud prevention keeps you safe and secure.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

4. Shipping Rates
For Domestic purchases (within Australia) $7 for orders between $1-$99.99
$12 for orders between $100-$199.99 FREE* for orders of $200+
We expect shipping to take 2-5 days to most places around Australia.

International shoppers
A flat rate of AUD$20 applies# - regardless of how many items you order. We ship via Australia Post air mail. Please note that European nations may be asked for additional postage due to the additional distance away from Australia. Please email us for a postage quote.
We expect shipping to take 7-10 days to most places outside Australia.

Overnight shipping (domestic only)If you would like express post/overnight shipping, please email us at info@viaalley.com for postage quote. We are pretty quick at responding!
5. Order complete!
Once your order is completed, you should receive an automated email from our website confirming your order. Within 1-2 business days, the customer will receive an email from our staff re-confirming that the order has been shipped for your enjoyment. IMPORTANT- If there are any changes to the shipping address, you MUST notify us immediately. We are NOT responsible for shipping complications arising from notifications or changes after the order has been processed (see site info & policies).
Special note for "International shoppers" International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Via Alley will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. If you require insurance, please email us at info@viaalley.com and we can provide a quote for this service.

7. Returns and exchanges
The merchandise on our website can be returned or exchanged (returns and exchanges exclude ALL sale items and other selected merchandise). Please view our site policy for more specific information. Via Alley will accept returns within 7 days for customers in Australia, and 14 days from customers in any other countries. The returned package MUST be postmarked within 7 (Australia) or 14 (International) days of the original date of purchase or Via Alley will refuse the return. All returns will be in the form of a Via Alley credit note/gift voucher.
